Both individual and couples therapy. Read more below.
What can therapy help with?
How does therapy work?
Through conversation, we explore your underlying patterns, values, thoughts, feelings, and behaviours with the aim of creating greater awareness, clarity, and capacity for action in relation to your strengths and potential.
We work to understand what maintains the challenges you are experiencing and how these patterns can be changed so that you can achieve greater well-being and a better balance in life.
Throughout the process, we regularly align expectations and evaluate progress to ensure that we are always working in a meaningful and purposeful direction.
The length of therapy varies from person to person and depends on the specific issue and individual circumstances. However, most therapy courses with me typically consist of approximately 8–10 sessions.
What can you gain from therapy?
The sessions can help you gain a deeper understanding of your situation, reactions, and relationships, while supporting you in achieving greater well-being and quality of life. Many people experience and gain:
- greater self-awareness and a better understanding of patterns
- tools for managing stress, anxiety, sadness, and difficult life situations
- better balance in everyday life and a greater sense of calm
- stronger self-esteem and increased confidence
- healthier relationships and improved communication
- personal growth and greater enjoyment of life
Therapy is not necessarily about eliminating problems, but also about developing new ways of understanding yourself and navigating life.
