About me

My goal is simple: to support you in thriving and creating a life that is grounded in what matters most to you. Therapy is my area of expertise, and I strive to provide a safe and professional foundation for conversations that can initiate a process of change.

Together, we will develop a deeper understanding of the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that challenge you. The aim is to gain insight into the mechanisms that affect your well-being and, from there, identify and pursue opportunities for growth and positive change.

You can expect to be met with engagement, professionalism, and the application of relevant psychological tools and therapeutic methods.

My professional profile is characterised by a relational and evidence-based approach to therapeutic work, a strong interest in interpersonal dynamics within close relationships, and an ongoing commitment to professional and academic development.

I am married and have three adult children. I have worked as a psychologist in Denmark, and my family and I have also spent many years living abroad. During that time, I continued working in clinical practice while also carrying out psychosocial work for the United Nations and the International Committee of the Red Cross. In addition, I have teaching experience from universities in Zambia, Malawi, and Ghana.
